The director of the Atherosclerosis Centre is Dr. Grant M. Hatch. The Management Committee of the Center For Research and Treatment of Atherosclerosis at the University of Manitoba consists of:

• Dr. G.M. Hatch 
• Dr. P.C. Choy
• Dr. D. Mymin 
• Dr. T. Dembinski 
  

The Director of the Centre is responsible for the general and financial management whereas the research technician is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Centre. The Director of the Centre will be responsible for the drafting of the annual report for the University of Manitoba. 

The Management Committee will be responsible for approving the annual budget for the Centre. All expenditures will be conducted strictly according to the University of Manitoba guidelines.
