The Summer Research Training Institute is based on a partnership between the College of Nursing, Faculty of Kinesiology & Recreation Management, Faculty of Education, and the Centre on Aging. This program will offer a variety of workshops designed to provide introductory research skills and knowledge for students, research assistants, research staff, and faculty members. Any faculty member or researcher, his/her students and research staff that are affiliated with any of the partnering faculties and unit may participate in the Summer Research Training Institute.
The Summer Research Training Institute (SRTI) will provide exposure to a wide variety of experiences related to research.
SRTI update for 2020 program
This year's Summer Research Training Institute sessions will be postponed until Spring/Summer 2021, in light of the evolving situation with the COVID-19 panademic.
We do encourage you to check back next year and join us for these sessions when they will recommence and are free to attend.
Eligibility: You must be affiliated with one of the partnering faculties or unit to attend any of the Summer Research Training Institute workshops. Partnering faculties are

Registration: All workshops are FREE to attend and require registration.
