The University of Manitoba’s Centre on Aging, in collaboration with the Manitoba Association of Senior Centres, hosted a full day symposium in Brandon, Manitoba to engage in discussions on aging related topics on accessing health services for older couples, social isolation, and the experience of caregivers of people in late stages of dementia in different settings.
The afternoon will feature a presentation and discussions on reports by the World Health Organization and Province of Manitoba on health and aging.
Our Symposium in Brandon was a success with 70 people attending the event on September 30, 2016.
