As Director, Erica oversees the Centre’s strategic initiatives and provides direction on personnel and policy. She represents the Centre at the national and international levels around teaching and learning priorities.


Erica worked in the role of an Educational Developer focused on intercultural aspects of teaching and learning before moving into the role of Associate Director. Her interests include educational administration in post-secondary, organizational development, and management theory. She is currently a PhD candidate in the Faculty of Education at the University of Manitoba.
