Requesting maintenance work couldn’t be simpler than our online Maintenance Request system. Services that can be requested online include:

- General Repairs
- Temperature and air quality problems
- Lighting and electrical problems
- Plumbing problems
- Moving services
- Delivery services
- Snow removal

To submit your online Maintenance Request, please provide as much detail as possible in the request details section so your request can be triaged accordingly.

Requests that require attachments or additional forms are to be e-mailed to the Fort Garry Campus or Bannatyne Campus customer service centre.

Emergencies (e.g. elevator entrapments/failures, floods, power outages, mechanical system failures, safety issues) are to be reported by phone at 204-474-6281
