Biography

Roxanne is the Office Administrator at the Stu Clark Centre for Entrepreneurship at the University of Manitoba. In her role, Roxanne provides support to the Stu Clark Centre, and manages the logistics and operations with respect to the Centre and all applicable programming.

Roxanne has been with the University of Manitoba since 2012. In her previous role with the English Language Centre’s Homestay Program, she was responsible for screening, interviewing, and supporting community members who would host international students throughout their academic career.  

Prior to the English Language Centre, Roxanne was the Marketing and Sponsorship Coordinator with Bison Sports, University of Manitoba. During her time with Bison Sports, Roxanne was actively involved in the opening of IG field which hosted over 10,000 fans at their first football game. She also redeveloped the website and mascot and was responsible for all sponsorship and ticketing for the department.

Previously she was employed as the Executive Director of Field Hockey Manitoba. As the Executive Director, she was responsible for the financial management of FHM’s operating budget, programming, as well as staff and volunteer development, training, support and hiring. In this position, she created a framework and a strategic plan to support the growth of FHM.
