Learning Assistance Centre
The LAC writing tutors are available for drop-in appointments
15 minute drop-in writing appointments are available to students Monday to Thursday from 1:00 to 3:00 pm in 201Tier. Since the appointments are expected to last no longer than 15 minutes please plan on bringing specific questions.
LAC instructors are available on the Bannatyne campus on Wednesdays. LAC instructors are available to see students on writing and/or studying/learning issues. Students can: use our online booking system (http://manitoba.mywconline.com/), call 272-3190, or stop by the new students services office 245 T wing (http://umanitoba.ca/student/bannatyne/) to book an appointment. The LAC instructors are also located in the new T wing, room 247.
The LAC has upgraded its online booking system. The new link is http://manitoba.mywconline.com/. Please note that with this upgrade, all students, including students who used the system last year, will have to register.
