Working in Leaf Rapids with the Frontier School Division, you will learn about the challenges of food security and sustainability in the North of our province, and the solutions that local communities and businesses have developed. You will support work in a boreal forest garden in the community, learn about northern approaches to community development and gain a greater understanding of Cree culture.

Leaf Rapids SLE is recommended for students interested in food security, mentorship and Indigenous cultures and approaches to education and development.
