SAS Scheduler - Student online tutorials - general information

General information on how to use the SAS scheduler

Students: You can access your letter of accommodation, book your tests and exams and access volunteer notes via the Student Accessibility Services in JUMP.

Step 1

  • Login to JUMP.

  • Locate the Student Accessibility Services link on the left hand side of your JUMP screen and select it.

  • Here is your home screen. You can book a test (1), view your letter of accommodation (2), access your notes if you use volunteer notetakers (3), or you can upload notes to be a volunteer notetaker (4).

  • If you would like to book a test/exam, click “Book a test” from the Main Menu.

  • You will need to select whether you are scheduling a test, midterm, or quiz (1), or a final exam (2). Follow the steps provided. You can call/email/meet with your Accessibility advisor/Senior Accessibility Specialist to assist you in this process if needed.

  • If you would like to view your SAS appointments and booked tests, click on “My upcoming events” from the “Book a Test” section.

  • If you would like to access your letter of accommodation, click on “Accommodation Letters” from the Main menu.

  • Select a term in the top right hand corner (1). Click on refresh (2). Click on “View accommodations” button beside the course (3). You will see the “Accommodations for course” and can generate this information as a PDF letter if you would like (this is the same letter your instructor would have access to).You can call/email/meet with a SAS staff to assist you in this process if needed.

  • If you would like to access or find notes from a volunteer, click on “Course Notes”. Follow the steps provided. You can call/email/meet with a SAS staff to assist you in this process if needed.

  • If you would like to volunteer your notes, click on “Note-takers”. Follow the steps provided. You can call/email/meet with a SAS staff to assist you in this process if needed.

All letters of accommodation, test booking, and volunteer information is located under the Student Accessibility Service scheduler in JUMP.
