Tuition Fees are assessed by credit hour or as a program fee, depending on your program. In the case of per credit hour tuition, the per credit hour rate is that of the faculty responsible for teaching the course.

Dentistry and Dental Hygiene students are also assessed a Dental Kit (which are variable by year) & Caution fees. Refer to Other Compulsory Fees.
Tuition includes Law Surcharge of $4,200 per year ($2,100 per term) for Full-Time students and $2,100 per year ($1,050 per term) for Half-Time students.
Students are assessed $5,000 in the Summer Session preceding Year 3.
Full Year 4 tuition ($7,187.21) is assessed in Winter Term.
Students in the Dental Hygiene degree completion program are assess the program tuition fee for each of the first two terms. Students are assessed a Continuing Fee of $500.00 in each term of subsequent study.

Student Organization Fees¹

All students are assessed a flat UMSU fee regardless of course load (different rate for Bannatyne Campus students), plus a per credit hour or per term fee based on the faculty/school in which you are enrolled.

All students with membership in St. Andrew's, University College, or the Resident Students' Association (R.S.A.), are required to pay the College/Residence membership fee of the college/association to which they belong, if applicable, as well as the Student Organization fee(s) for their faculty or school. This fee is intended to cover activities sponsored by the college/residence student council and is not included on Tuition fee billing. All students with membership in either St. John's College or St. Paul's College are billed appropriate college fees which are shown on the tuition fee billing. See Other Compulsory Fees.
