Getting information about your graduation
Detailed information will be sent out by email to students’ UofM e-mail accounts.
Degree and diploma parchments
Parchments for February graduates are mailed out approximately two weeks after graduation, to the address on record for you in Aurora.
You may make alternative delivery arrangements using the Parchment Delivery Request Form (PDF, will open in new window). Options include: pick up, mail to a different address, courier.
Convocation ceremonies are held in Spring (May and early June) and Fall (October) of each year. February graduates are included in the Spring ceremonies.
All February graduates will receive emails to their UofM email accounts 4-6 weeks before Spring Convocation with information about Convocation (indicating your attendance and reserving your gown, hood, and mortarboard).
February graduates who attend the Spring Convocation ceremony will have already received their official parchments. However, you will be given a congratulatory document in a parchment folder when crossing the stage - you'll look the same as all other graduates!
