Celebrate staff health and wellness with free events all week

The Live Well @ Work week has been created to acknowledge the 'whole selves' that staff and faculty bring to work each day. Mental, physical, emotional, spiritual and social well-being will be celebrated at the Live Well @ Work events. Take the time to relax, learn, laugh and connect with colleagues. We are excited for you to join us. ~ Live Well @ Work planning committee.

Events run June 19-23, 2017, Monday to Friday, at both the Fort Garry and Bannatyne campuses, and will include a wellness fair, wellness prizes, speakers, and more!
