HEALTH INSURANCE -- PAYMENT DEADLINES

Fees for the MISHIP and the UMSU Health and Dental Plan (if applicable) will be added to your fee assessment when you register.

• MISHIP fees are divided into two payments. Your fall term fee assessment will include the MSHIP fee for September to December coverage. This payment must be paid by the fall term payment deadline. Your winter term fee assessment will include the MISHIP fee for January to August coverage. This payment must be paid by the winter term payment deadline.
  
  
• UMSU Health and Dental Fees are not divided into two payments. Students starting classes in September will have the fee for September to August coverage added to their fall term fee assessment. This fee must be paid by the fall term payment deadline. Students starting classes in January will have a prorated fee for January to August coverage added to their winter term fee assessment. This fee must be paid by the winter term payment deadline. Students starting classes in the summer may not join this plan until the following fall term.
