CANADA CUSTOMS REGULATIONS

The Canadian government does not place any restrictions on a reasonable quantity of clothing, books, or other items for your personal use. However, only limited amounts of alcohol and tobacco are permitted.  You can obtain detailed information about Canada’s customs regulations from the Canadian embassy in your country.  Additional information can also be found in the following Canada Border Service Agency pamphlet: http://www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/E/pub/cp/rc4220/rc4220-05e.pdf.

You should allow at least two hours for customs and immigration clearance procedures at your Port of Entry before catching your connecting flight to Winnipeg.
