During your period of study, your accommodation needs may change, from living at home, to living in residence on-campus, or to renting accommodation off-campus.  Whatever your needs, the Housing & Student Life can be of assistance.

University Residence
The six residences on the Fort Garry Campus accommodate approximately 1,300 students annually. Any full-time student may apply to live in residence.  Rates for room and board and descriptions of the different residences are available on the website.

Specialized Areas
On special interest floors, students from various backgrounds, with varying interests and academic majors, can share their experience with others. Choose from:

Architecture/Interior Design (Tache Hall)
International House (Tache Hall)
Engineering/Sciences (Tache Hall)

Graduate House - reserved for mature students or students who have an undergraduate degree (Mary Speechly Hall)

Professional/Graduate Student Floor - for students who have at least two years university (University College)

Scholar's House - for students with a high school average of 80% or better, or returning students with a 3.0 GPA or greater (Mary Speechly Hall and University College)
