Deferral and Refund Policies


A student who has applied to the Homestay Program at the English Language Centre (ELC) but is unable to attend, can defer the application to the following term.

If a student visa is denied, the student can request to have their application and all Homestay fees deferred to the next term. The student must submit their request to .


The Homestay application fee is non-refundable.

The administration fee and Homestay fee per term are non-refundable after a student has moved into Homestay.
