WELCOME TO THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE CENTRE (ELC)

The ELC offers U of M students:

  • academic English courses and programs to prepare students for university study, and
  • assistance to students already in academic study

The ELC is accredited by Languages Canada. All instructors at the ELC have completed graduate work in the area of Teaching English as a Second Language, and are experienced in teaching English for Academic Purposes.
