Nicole Fontaine is a Liaison Officer at the World Trade Centre Winnipeg. Nicole has over 30 years of experience in the customer service and management fields. She owned and operated a family Child Care Centre for over 9 years and then coached non-profit organisations to set up their Early Learning and Child Care facilities in their communities.
Nicole studied at l'Université de Saint-Boniface, where she received her B.A in Arts, major in Psychology and Sociology with a minor in Political Sciences. She also holds a Public Administration certificate from Red River College.

Why Grad School? Advancing your career through graduate studies panel

Are you a current U of M student who is thinking about graduate school?
Are you a U of M Alumni thinking about coming back and completing a graduate degree?
Are you a current graduate student who wants to hear from professionals working in academia and industry who have a graduate degree?

The Why Grad School? event is designed for current students as well as alumni who are considering graduate school. Current graduate students who want to hear from past graduate students about their career journey are also welcome to attend. There will be a mix of individuals who have graduated with doctorates or master's degrees on the panel, as well as those who work in academia and industry.

The event will start at 5:30 pm and the panel will take place at 6:00 pm. Following the panel, a networking event will take place at 7:00 pm where food and beverages will be provided.
