- The goal of the program is to provide support to Aboriginal Pre-Management and Management students as they pursue their studies at the University of Manitoba.
- The program is open to all Aboriginal students at the University of Manitoba who intend to apply to, or are enrolled in, the Faculty of Management.
- Students are selected on the basis of academic performance and potential to successfully complete the program.

- Financial Support: Once admitted to the Program, students will be eligible for all program services other than scholarships or other such direct financial supports.
