Campus Tours

General Campus Tours

General campus tours are available most Fridays at 10:00am and 2:00pm. Tours are most suitable for students in Grade 11 and up. Parents, family, and friends are welcome to attend.

Campus tours are approximately 90 minutes in length and focus on the spots and services of most relevance to new or incoming university students.

Tours typically involve:

  • A short advisory session outlining admission requirements and application deadlines
  • Student services and important offices
  • Examples of typical first-year classrooms
  • Visits to popular faculty buildings
  • Campus libraries
  • Campus recreation and social opportunities
  • Student residences

Note: All tours are offered on our Fort Garry campus, the home of the majority of our faculties and all of the UM's direct entry programs. We do not offer campus tours on weekends or holidays. All tours meet for departure on the 2nd Floor of University Centre. Guests are encouraged to park in the University Centre parkade. For a map with directions to parking, click here.
