Join us on the Fort Garry campus for a day of informative presentations and fun breakout sessions designed to familiarize high school guidance counsellors with new admission requirements, financial aid and award opportunities, and our most popular program options for students. All new and returning high school guidance counsellors and career advisors are encouraged to attend. Free parking, lunch, and refreshments are provided!

Registration
Please register online using our convenient online registration system. Online registration is fast and easy, taking only a few moments. Be sure to choose a preferred breakout session to attend in the afternoon. Breakout sessions are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please ensure that each counsellor from your school that plans to attend registers. A valid email address is required to submit your registration. You will receive an email confirmation upon registering.
All registered counsellors will be provided with directions, parking instructions, and the day's agenda prior to the event.
Deadline to register is Friday, September 14th, 2012.

Complimentary Parking
Complimentary Parking is available in the SD-West Parking Lot, located west of the Bison Football Stadium on Chancellor Matheson Road.
Space is limited and parking passes will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Please indicate in your registration whether or not you will require a parking pass.
Shuttle service to University Centre from the SD-West Parking Lot will be provided from 8:00am – 8:45am. Return service will be available in the afternoon at 3:00pm.
Parking passes will be distributed on-site as guests arrive to the parking area. Watch for volunteers and signage as you arrive.
Additional Pay-and-Display Parking
If the complimentary parking area in the SD-West lot reaches capacity, additional parking is available in the SD-East lot at a rate of $4.00/day. Additional parking is also available in pay-and-display lots across campus for $8/day, or in the University Centre parkade for $9/day.
