Manitoba Applicant Pool (click here for checklist)
Applicants to this category will have either graduated from a Manitoba High School, OR have resided in the Province of Manitoba for a minimum of two (2) years at the time of application (October 5, 2012), OR have provided a minimum of two years of full-time service in the Canadian Forces at the time of application (October 5, 2012).  For more information on this category please see page 3 of the Applicant Information Bulletin.

Out-of-Province Applicant Pool (click here for checklist)
Applicants to this category will be citizen or permanent residents of Canada but not residents of Manitoba.  Approximately 5% of the class will be selected from this pool (pending Senate approval).  For more information on this category please see page 3 of the Applicant Information Bulletin.

Aboriginal Applicant Pool (click here for checklist)
Applicants to this category can be from all provinces and territories in Canada and will declare their First Nations, Métis or Inuit heritage.  For more information on this category please see page 3 of the Applicant Information Bulletin.

Bilingual Stream (click here for checklist)
Applicants to this category will be Bilingual (French and English) and must meet the Manitoba residency requirements (see page 3 of the Applicant Information Bulletin).  For more information on this category please see page 3/4 of the Applicant Information Bulletin.

MD/PhD Program Stream (click here for checklist)
Applicants to this category will show academic excellence, evidence of sustained and productive research experience, and a strong potential to become a physician scientist.  For more information on this category please see page 4 of the Applicant Information Bulletin.
