Dr. You Liang received her M.Sc. in 2009 and Ph.D. in 2015, both from the Department of Statistics, University of Manitoba, and is currently a post-doctoral fellow with both Department of Statistics and Warren Centre for Actuarial Studies and Research, University of Manitoba. Her research interests include time series, statistical decisions, risk management, agriculture insurance and general statistics.
