Biography

Ken Mount is the former Director of the Statistical Advisory Service (SAS). He has been associated with SAS since its inception. He has consulted widely both within the University of Manitoba and outside it. His outside consulting has been both in Winnipeg (largely on industry and government projects) and outside Winnipeg with scientists doing agricultural experiments. He has taught a variety of courses in the Department of Statistics, including the Consulting course. He has presented seminars to experimenters on various aspects of Multivariate Statistics.
