Call For Proposals

The Visiting Artist Committee is currently accepting proposals for guest lectures, artist talks, workshops and studio visits in the Fall 2019 academic term.

Who can I invite?
The committee welcomes proposals to invite recognized practitioners, experts and elders in fields of visual art, design and other creative disciplines. These can include artists, designers, craftspeople, commercial artists, art historians, critics, curators and arts administrators.

Who can apply?
All current School of Art students, MFA candidates, faculty, instructors and staff are encouraged to submit proposals. Groups submitting proposals should choose a contact person meeting one of these criteria.

When is the deadline?
Applications for Fall 2019 events must be received by Friday, May 31.
