Wintercount was a public project in downtown Winnipeg bus shelters and on the Plug In billboard in Winnipeg's Osborne Village. Wintercount was curated by Amy Karlinsky and Colleen Cutschall for Gallery One One One and happened 22 March to 19 April 2002. The artists were: KC Adams, Roger Crait, Colleen Cutschall, Lita Fontaine, Leanne L'Hirondelle, Neal McLeod, Louis Ogemah, and Linus Woods.

An opening performance by Lori Blondeau and talks by Colleen Cutschall and Catherine Mattes happened on Friday, 22 March at Gallery One One One. Colleen

A Wintercount walkabout happened on Saturday, 23 March 2002 at Plug In Institute of Contemporary Art, 286 McDermot Avenue in Winnipeg's Exchange District.
