Clare Muireann Murphy is our very own 2013 Storyteller-in-Residence at The Centre for Creative Writing and Oral Culture. She has worked as a professional storyteller since 2006. She has taught and performed in English and Spanish in more than 20 countries, touring the US extensively, as well as Europe and the UK. In 2007 Clare was awarded the Social Entrepreneurship Level 1 Award for her storytelling work in marginalized communities. This may be her first poetry reading.
