Manitoba Hydro has announced that is will build its newest transmission line, known as BiPole III, on the west side of Lake Winnipeg. Considerable information has come forth on the environmental, social and technical issues involved. Our speakers will share their expertise and present the facts on these issues. They will each share their views on whether the line should run down the east side, west side or down the middle of Lake Winnipeg.
