At the conference site (The Fairmont Hotel), a preferential rate for our conference attendees has been negotiated starting at $130CAD/night per room (for single or double occupancy). In addition, children under 18 will not be charged for accommodation if sharing with parent(s) attending our conference. However, the number of rooms at the preferential rate is limited and rooms will be released on a first come first serve basis. Rooms with additional features are also available, and priced accordingly. For those wishing to stay a few extra nights and enjoy some time sight seeing around Winnipeg, if you have stayed at the Fairmont for at least the four nights Aug 21-25, you can stay the Friday Saturday and Sunday for a rate of only $79CAD/night.
