Service & Collection Information: Collection includes books, magazines, videos and other material. Primary client group is adults who are deaf-Blind due to accident, trauma, disease or condition. RCMDB services are also extended to family members where the service would benefit the Deaf-Blind individual. The Resource Centre publishes a newsletter designed to keep clients and other interested parties up to date on resources and issues of concern to the Deaf-Blind community.
