Jeremiah Hurley

Jeremiah Hurley, PhD
McMaster University
Health Care Financing, Funding Models

Dr. Hurley is a Professor of Economics at McMaster University and Associate Director of the Centre for health Economics and Policy Analysis.

His work includes an examination of public and private roles in health care financing, resource allocation and health care funding models, and the use of incentives in health care.

He has published in leading health economic and health services research journals and has acted as a consultant to regional, provincial, national and international agencies. He is currently a member of the Canadian Institute for Health Information’s National Health Expenditures Database Expert Group.
