Audiovisual Equipment:
Laptop computers and data projectors will be available on site for the convenience of our speakers. Speakers should bring their PowerPoint presentation files saved on a CD-ROM or a USB Flash Memory Drive. Presentations will be copied to the hard drive of computers provided by conference staff prior to your session. Only PC computers will be available for use in presentations (if you are a Macintosh user, you can either convert your presentation to a Windows version or contact us ahead of time to make an arrangement for you to do it on site). The version of PowerPoint used to save the file is important. Please save your PowerPoint presentations to a 97-2002 version or higher. Older versions of PowerPoint might result in lower quality images and loss of animation. A computer room will be available during the conference for the convenience of our attendees to preview their presentations. |
