"A Magical Night" provides a poor explanation of why we have Hallowe'en. "Hallowe'en Safety" gives a good, simple explanation of the need for Hallowe'en safety. One criticism: the rule that one should wear make-up or cosmetics for masks is not adhered to, as the visuals of the main characters show them with masks on! Recommended with reservations.
