In researching a story on U of M’s historic Taché Hall residence, archival student and intern Andrea Martin came across this 1970s photo of, presumably, a shaving cream fight in the residence. The characters in the photo have an uncanny resemblance to members of the rock ‘n’ roll band KISS.

The winners of the Lawrence Genser Music Scholarship were announced at the final competition on Sunday, Feb.13, 2011.
