A new roof for Frank Kennedy and Extended Education

Western Economic Diversification Canada (WD) has awarded the University of Manitoba over $250,000 to upgrade infrastructure on its Fort Garry campus.
The announcement was made today by Western Economic Diversification Canada (WD).
The new funding will help the University of Manitoba repair the roofs of its Frank Kennedy Centre and the Extended Education Building.

Study finds running marathons isn’t harmful for older adults

A study of marathon participants older than 50 years of age has found similar temporary effects as those found in runners between 18 and 40 years of age. Any cardiac abnormalities during a marathon disappear within a week after completing a race.
