How Maps Can Tell the Stories of First Nations Communities

Author Terry Tobias will present a seminar in the Clayton H. Riddell Faculty of Environment, Earth, and Resources on how First Nations communities are using modern cartography.

Tobias sees maps as a critical tool in telling the histories of First Nations communities. His book, Living Proof, won a prestigious award from the Alcuin Society for being the best designed reference book in Canada.
