Your passion to secure your registration for our summer programs has been outstanding. Due to popular demand and to improve your experience, we are excited to share the opportunity to pre-order your summer registrations.
Summer Pre-Order: All camps, programs and services
February 15 at 8:00 a.m. - March 12 at midnight
Submit the pre-order form online via the button below (no accounts or log in required) and our team will complete your registrations on your behalf. The form will allow you to list the programs and services (bus, lunch, support leader, etc.) you would like to registration for. Click submit and our team will process your requests. A thank you message will appear confirming we have received your entry and redirect you to 'The Mini U Experience' web page. Pre-orders will be processed in the order they are received (subject to availability) and confirmed with you before our open registration period (no later than March 13).
If your selected program/service is sold out, our team will contact you by email to explore alternate options. Once your request is processed, we will send you a confirmation via email. Payment is required online within 7 days of receiving your confirmation. If payment is not received within this time your registration will be cancelled and you will be withdrawn from your selected programs/services. The pre-order closes March 12, 2020. You will receive a pre-order confirmation no later than March 13, 2020.

What was the reason behind the Summer Pre-Order?
The recent response to our opening registration has been overwhelming. We want to make this a better experience for everyone.
Am I able to see the form prior to the Summer Pre-Order?
The form will be made available at the same time and day that the pre-order begins (8:00 am on February 15th)
What’s the difference between the pre-order and opening registration?
The pre-order allows you to secure a registration before our typical opening date of March 14. Send us your pre-order and our team will complete your registration on your behalf.
Can I apply for subsidy during the summer pre-order?
Yes. Submit a completed subsidy application form to our offices and submit your online pre-order form via our web site. Once our team arrives to your pre-order in the queue, we will review your subsidy application at that time.
Do you need an account to fill out the pre-order form?
Will we be informed if we get into the camp that we’ve requested or not?
Yes. Our team will send a confirmation via email or discuss alternate options if a program becomes sold out.
