Technical & Network Support: LETS Equipment Booking Form

Please use the following form when requesting equipment for special events such as meetings, conferences, etc.

 

  1. Please book the room you require before booking the equipment. To book Iceland Board Room or Small Conference Room (beside Tech Services), please call Marion DeJong (474-8446) or  Lori Webb (474-8417) for availability.
  1. You will be contacted within 48 hours with a confirmation of your booking.
  1. Please double check what you are booking before submitting.
