Libraries Electronic Technologies and Services

Libraries Electronic Technologies and Services (LETS) is responsible for evaluating, adapting, implementing, supporting and providing electronic technologies and services required for the Libraries to fulfill its mission.

LETS consists of three groups:

  • BISON Services - responsible for the Library Catalogue and related software and hardware
  • Digital Library Planning and Development (Digital Library Group) - development in new and existing technologies to improve access to libraries resources
  • Technical Support and Network Services (Tec-Net) - technical support to all University libraries, including labs, printers, workstations, scanners, etc.
