Biographical sketch: Walter J. Fenny graduated from the University of Manitoba with an L.L.B. degree in 1950.  He currently resides in Arlington, Texas.

Custodial history: The fonds was donated to University of Manitoba Archives & Special Collections in 2008 by Julie Mikuska of the Alumni Association.  Walter J. Fenny had sent it to the University of Manitoba Alumni Association in 2002.

Scope and content: The fonds contains one (1 ft.x1 ft.) hand-embroidered flag with the University of Manitoba and the crest stitched in the middle.
