Administrative History: The Students Representative Council of the University of Manitoba was formed as a medium of communication between students of the university, the university authorities and the public; to deal with matters that effect students of the university; to promote university spirit among the students of the university; and to act as a Court of Appeal in any matter affecting university organizations among the students.

Scope and Content: The fonds consists of page one, two and four of the Students Representative Council of the University of Manitoba's constitution. At least one page is missing from the constitution.
