Physical Plant is responsible for the care and upkeep of all the buildings, property and grounds of the University. These activities include caretaking, building maintenance, alterations and additions, grounds maintenance, energy conservation, deliveries, moving, vehicle rentals, keys, storage, and security and fire alarm systems.

The collection (1932-1963) includes files dealing with various university buildings and equipment and with suppliers who have dealt with Physical Plant.
