Title: Faculty of Agricultural and Food Sciences fonds, Department of Food Sciences series

Date: 1963-1976

Extent: 13 cm of textual records. -- 43 photographs. -- 1 slide.

Administrative History: A course in the study of foods was offered within the Department of Home Economics from 1915. Food Sciences became a separate department in the Faculty of Agriculture in 1967.

Custodial History: The Food Sciences Department transferred records to the Archives in 1993.

Scope and Content: Fonds consists of research proposals, projects, reports, and results. Both colour and black and white photographs and slide are located in PC 17.
