Title: G.R.F. Prowse fonds

Biographical Sketch: George Robert Farrar Prowse
was born in 1860. He took up teaching in 1907 and later became a
principal. He had many editorials published in the Winnipeg
Free Press, along with a few articles. Mr. Prowse died in 1946.
Custodial History: The material was donated to
Archives & Special Collections in 1984 by Mr. Prowse's family.
Scope and Content: The fonds consists of pages
from a scrapbook containing newsclippings of articles and editorials
written by G.R.F. Prowse, drafts of literary work, and correspondence.
