Biographical sketch: Albert Breton was awarded an Honourary Doctorate degree from the University of Manitoba in 1986. During the convocation ceremonies, he delivered a speech titled "Quel libre - echange pour le Canada?"

Custodial history: The fonds was donated to University of Manitoba Archives & Special Collections by Bob Raeburn in 1987.
