Select UM libraries are introducing an online room booking service (LibCal)

The W.R. Newman Agriculture Library, the D.W. Craik Engineering Library and the Sciences and Technology Library are making it easier to book their Group Study Rooms!

How does it work?

Connect to the online booking system, LibCal, via these links:

Or by clicking on this button located on the libraries’ websites:  Study Room Widget Image

QR Codes are also posted next to each room for easy mobile access.

Room availability, descriptions, and capacities are provided on the website to help you select the most suitable space.  Once you have chosen a room, simply click on your preferred date and time slots, and then fill out the Booking Details form.  (Please read the introductory statement and the User Agreement carefully before submitting your booking.)

Not a fan of self-serve?

The staff at the Library Service Desks are happy to book a room for you.

Give Us Your Feedback!

The University of Manitoba is piloting the LibCal booking service until January 2016. Please visit Group Study Room Feedback to fill out a brief survey.
