The registration form (*Registration is closed) should be filled out using a pdf reader (e.g. Adobe, Preview, etc.), saved, and sent to Jennifer Low as an attachment. Jennifer will respond to your submission within 24 business hours to confirm it has been received. This form is used to make name badges and catering arrangements. If you would like to present a poster, please also fill out the abstract form, this form is used to assign judges and make the on-line abstract booklet.

Please indicate if you would like to be provided a boxed lunch and attend the networking mixer. The networking mixer generally runs from ~ 5:00-7:00pm, it includes appetizers and refreshments while you have an opportunity to interact with other conference attendees. This is a great time to make new research connections and meet others in your field.

There will be a photographer on site at various times throughout the day. This will include a group photo, award winners, as well as photos of the poster presenters. These will be made available to conference attendees and has been useful in the past for group websites, LinkedIn profiles etc.

Please remember the deadline is April 28th, 2017. 

If you are submitting an abstract, a registration form must also be completed.
