The scope of this session is computational mathematics, but with an aim to highlight the diversity that exists in the computational mathematics community in Canada. Thus in addition to featuring talks in the more traditional areas of computational mathematics such as computational fluid dynamics and multiscale modelling, there will also be talks in other areas such as level set methods, variational integrators, symbolic-numeric computations, and exponentially small asymptotics.
