A special guestroom rate has been set at The
Holiday Inn Winnipeg South for the conference. The conference
rate is $82 per night (CDN) plus 7% GST and 7% PST. Note that The
Holiday Inn Winnipeg South provides a free shuttle to the University
of Manitoba and to the airport. (The shuttle must be booked in

Canad Inns-Fort Garry
is also offering a special guestroom rate for the conference. The
conference rate is $74 per night (CDN) plus 7% GST and 7% PST for
a standard room (2 queen beds) or $80 per night plus GST and PST
for a room with king size bed. The Canad Inns-Fort Garry hotel does
not operate a shuttle to the University of Manitoba Campus.
A shuttle does operate between the hotel and the airport.

1. The Arthur
V. Mauro Residence at the University of Manitoba is available
for conference guests. All 2 bedroom suites are air-conditioned
and have a kitchenette and bathroom with shower. The kitchenette
includes a fridge and a microwave. Each bedroom has an x-long double
bed, armoire, cable television, telephone and clock radio. Daily
maid services and internet access is also available. The

2. A small number of rooms have been blocked at
the Speechly
Dormitory Residence at the University of Manitoba. They are
available for very reasonable prices. For as low as $34 per night
(CDN) plus GST and PST, one will receive a double room (2 single
beds). Bedding and towels are included. To
