Deadline (for all speakers): March 18, 2005

Abstracts must include the title of the talk (or poster), the authors' names and affiliations. The abstract must not exceed 200 words in length.

Acceptable file formats for abstract submission are Word, text, tex and latex. Please email abstracts to the IIMS.

Further instructions for contributed talks and posters: The program committee is calling for contributed 20-minute talks (15 minutes for talk and 5 minutes for questions) or poster presentations. The speaker and the preferred format (talk or poster) should be identified with your abstract submission.

We will notify you on the acceptance of your abstract before March 31. Due to the limited time slots for contributed presentations, you may be asked to do a poster presentation instead.

Poster session: Poster boards will be available Thursday morning (June 16) for authors to post their work. During the poster session (June 16, 6:00-8:30pm), authors are expected to be by their poster to present their work and answer questions.
